Add "Quantity for pricing" field to PO lines API.
Today when using PO lines API, electronic PO lines are always set with "Quantity for pricing" = 1. Even when a different value is sent for PO line creation, it is being automatically updated to 1.
In some cases institutions need to pay for more than 1 copy for electronic purchases. They are not interested in creating 5 portfolios for example, but to be able to pay for 5 instead. For that, the "Quantity for pricing" field should be fully supported via API.
