Customize letter to allow for item-replacement_cost
Add @@itemreplacementcost@@ to Ful Lost Loan letter and also Courtesy letter to motivate students to return expensive items. Currently if the label is not listed as a @@label@@ then I would
not be be able to customize letter as needed.

Also this should be done for the SMS letter configuration by just adding the label @@itemreplacementcost@@
