Lending Ship item physically check item barcode matches title
When staff use "Ship Item Physically" from an individual request, there is no check that the item barcode entered into the Ship form matches the item barcode for the title. Staff can accidentally scan a barcode for a different request.
Because the item barcode is already in use, the other request can't be Shipped.
Adding a General setting to check that the item barcode matches the located title would help prevent workflow errors.

This has happened to my staff.
If the General Setting is set such that Alma is checking that the barcode scanned relates to the requested title.
When there is a mismatch between the request title and the title of the barcoded item, should the system show a failure message with no ability to proceed? Or should the system show a failure message and allow the employee to override the mismatch?
Watching folks click past messages makes me initially think it's better to show a "item mismatch" failure message and not allow the the checkout/request step in progress to continue.

This is still a problem, and there does not appear to be a solution for the issue when it happens. In addition to the error-case described above, it also appears to happen when: first the correct item barcode is scanned; then an incorrect barcode is "successfully" scanned and shipped.
