Allow the system to change formats for example Physical One time to Electronic One-time and vice versa.
At the moment when you have created an order for a physical book, but then want to accept the e-book instead, the system does not allow you to change the format as it expects you to follow the workflow of the format you ordered in the first place.
Dear All,
I'd like to share another update on our design for this enhancement:
PO lines that have an invoice will be skipped in case the new PO line type changes the inventory format and/or continuity. This is because the invoicing workflow adds to the complexity of the expected result in this job.
We'd love to hear your comments and thoughts about this, if you have.
Thank you,
Zohar.

Currently, if you use the wrong POL type (ex: Electronic Collection - One Time), you need to close the POL and start over manually with the correct POL type (ex: Electronic Collection - Subscription). It would be nice to be able to switch it without have to start over.

This is basic functionality that would really improve our record keeping. It's rather common for resources to move from subscription to one time and vice versa and the current solution of creating a separate POL for this makes everything more complicated. It would also be helpful if we could make these changes to individual POLs without needing to create a set and run a job.

Sometimes PO Lines are created using the wrong PO Line Type. Currently the Update PO Lines Information - Advanced job allows changing PO Line Type, but not from continuous to one-time or one-time to continuous. This is the error message we see when we try:
"Could not change a one-time PO line to a continuous PO line or a continuous PO line to a one-time PO line." It would be helpful to be able to change from one to the other in cases where a PO Line was created as a continuous, but should have been one-time, or vice versa. -

I would love for this enhancement to happen for any PO line type.
