To clarify a bit, what we really need is public and authentication notes on CDI links in record which are usually coming from database-only electronic collections in Alma.

We need full article level records directly from Factiva added to the CDI. I'm thinking it would be best if they all contained links in record so they would be more reliable from a linking standpoint. Currently Primo Newspaper search is too ProQuest centric in terms of search results because of the lack of CDI coverage from other large news providers.
