Support order rules for Chinese call number
The general principle is
A. The call number order by A-Z, 0-9

B. If there is a dash “-“ in the classification, it should order before the number 0-9

C. If there is a slash “/” or a dash “-“ or dot “.” in the classification, the order should be “/”, “-“, ”.” (the first is“/” , the second is “-“ , the third is “.”)

(1) Refer to FSD-URM-83541 .
(2) Fix the "/ " order issue. Now, the dash "-" will always be sorted before the slash "/". The "/" between classification code and sequence number should be replaced with space " ". So it can be sorted after slash "/".
(3) The filling text of holding call number (852$$h)in Browse Shelf Listing should be same as call number in Browse Bibliographic Headings.
