Damaged item should be added under ellipsis button menu
When a book is returned damaged we only have the ability to put it under "lost" with a note. Having the ability to mark it as damaged and have the same functions as lost would be quicker and more concise.

Then we wouldn't have to explain to patrons: "yes, we know the book wasn't lost, but it was severely damaged, so we're asking you to pay for it and this is the weird way the system works".
