Enable 776 as a match point for Link Local Portfolios to Community function
Currently this only works for ISBN/ISSN matches in the 020/022 fields. Many CZ records do not have these fields but do have 776 fields with ISBNs. Enabling this as a match point would greatly improve automatic linking of entire sets.

Also, making the match less fussy (e.g., not requiring hyphens) and allowing for matches across any repeatable field would greatly improve this function.
