Bibliographic item records to have a pop up note when clicked on
Case - we sometimes loan a set of books to students on a specific module course for short periods and make sure they cant be requested by suppressing them from primo and putting them into a temporary location. It would be helpful if there was a configurable pop-up note on item records. So that when any librarian clicked on the item, they would get a pop-up message and this message was editable. Then user services staff would know that the book needs to be dealt with a specific way. We have tried using the fulfilment note, but this only shows on return and loan, which may happen via self-service machines, which means the librarian would have to check the notes fields if the book is for shelving.
