Allow user to specify "Do not pick from shelf" when using the Add Physical Item workflow
When you create an item for loan as part of the circulation desk workflow (via Fulfillment > Manage Patron Services > Create Item and choosing New), an Acquisition Technical Services work order is created, and Alma assumes (correctly) that the item is in hand.
When you use the manual item creation process (via Resources > Add Physical Item and choosing New), Alma creates a work order without asking if the item is in hand, and assumes (incorrectly) that the item needs to be picked from the shelf.
When you create a work order from a physical item search, you have the option to select "Do not pick from shelf" if the item is in hand. Alma does not assume either way!
We would like this same option to be added to the manual item creation process. If this is not possible or desirable, then the functionality should match the workflow for creating an item at the circulation desk.
