Fulfillment Overrides without separate login
When an override by a manager is needed at a circulation workstation, there should be a way for the manager to override either remotely or at the workstation without the operator logging out.

Yes! Aleph had a temporary/override login feature in the Circ module that was really helpful. It's one of the things I've missed most since migrating to Alma. I was going to add a new idea for it when yours came up.

We are a III library migrating to Alma. Circulation supervisors and managers frequently have to go to the desk to override things for student workers. Not having this as an available option seems very inconvenient.

Agreed, as a student worker who works at a different desk than the manager, this would be a great feature so I dont have to send patrons all the way to the other side of the building to get something done that requires an override.

I think this is a must on the next Alma upgrade.
