How can we improve Alma?

Removing old collection/overlap analysis reports

It would be great if we could remove old collection/overlap analysis reports. There are a couple that we had run by accident or no longer need. we would like to keep this area of Alma neat.

    The enhancement made was to Analytics *not* to this request. This is part of Alma under Resources --> Advanced tools --> Overlap and Collection Analysis.

    thank you for this suggestion. We will remove this old folder. In fact we are in the midst of a major "out of the box folder in Alma Analytics cleanup project". As a result of your suggestion here, in the Feb. 2020 release we will delete the folder "Electronic Resource Collection Overlap" under "Shared/Alma".
    The reason it can be deleted is because we have added this information to report "Titles with multiple portfolios" in folder "/shared/Alma/Cost per use via COUNTER reports e-inventory and acquisitions data/Reports"
    This report is in dashboard "Electronic Cost Usage Dashboard".
