Add Primary Identifier or Item Barcode to patron-delivered letters
Patrons receive many letters from us (summaries of their loans, fines, check out, check in, etc.) When someone wants me to do something about their account, they just write me back saying "fix this". So, I need to look up their account. But unfortunately, it can be difficult to figure out who the patron is. Either there are multiple people with the name listed or someone has their name changed in a way that isn't reflected in the letter.
If you could add their primary identifier within all their letters, that would save me a couple of steps. And it would also be helpful to add the item barcodes to all items listed so they are easier to track down once an item is off a person's account.
