Set up Trials for Database-only resources in the CZ
It would be nice to be able to set up Database-only resources as a Trial. Currently only those resources with portfolios can be set up as a Trial.

Dear Jessica,
As far as I know, this is an issue knowed by EXL. We did bypass this issue with creating a local portfolio to the database.
Indeed, the trial workflow can be only activ if the trial is set up on an electronic resource with at least one portfolio.
