In the system, the 100 fields can only be a single author and the other authors in the multiple, as well as all the contributors will In 7XX. When we import the order, no matter what kind of responsibility method, we put it in the 100 field. So if the system directly compares the 100 fields we imported with the 100 fields of the system, this is not scientific. The correct way is to compare our 100 fields with the 1XX and 7XX of the system. In addition, because some teachers give incomplete or non-standard titles, in the 245 comparison, it should not be a one-to-one exact match. In the system, the existing 245 de-symbols are compared, as long as the 245 in the system is completely equal to or contains all of the 245 we imported, it is perfect as a repeated display. For example, the imported 245 is xxxx:xx, the system is 245xxxx:xx or 245xxxx:xxsssss; the repeated prompts of these two situations are needed. And more than 90 pieces of data, manually checked 77 duplicates, indicating that the permanent search box realized the above-mentioned 245 title check, but the order creation was not able to do it. It is hoped that the order creation will be checked and optimized to improve the match requirements.
