Direct access to Reading lists is required following a Repository Search
User story/Case:
In Alma, when a Repository Search is run and the list of matching citations display, Library staff who process Reading Lists require direct access to all reading lists associated with the citations.
Description:
Currently when a citation is found following a Repository Search to access any associated reading list, staff must:
- Click the Other details tab
- Click Courses
- Individually click the row action button for each course to:
- Select reading list
- Then individually select from the multiple reading lists attached to the course (if required)
Desired outcome:
Following a Repository search:
1. Click on the ‘Other details’ tab
2. All the associated Reading lists automatically display
Or
- That there be a direct link to all the reading lists under the current link to Courses.
