Hide Preferred Address (postal) in successfully sent email notices
In our Library, notices are sent by email to patron's "Preferred Email Address" by default, or by postal mail to "Preferred Address" by printing the notices if "Preferred Email Address" is found empty or the emails are bounced. As the same notice template is used for both email and postal mails, "Preferred Address" inevitably has to be included.
Due to privacy concern, we try to avoid personal information, including "Preferred Address", appearing in email notices to patrons.
Expected Outcome:
Is it possible to hide the "Preferred Address" in email notices if emails are successfully sent, but retain the "Preferred Address" in print notices if "Preferred Email Address" is found empty or the emails are bounced?
