Enable Searching for Electronic Collection Service values as well as Collection and Portfolio values
Eg Proxy Enabled (Service)
as well as
Proxy Enabled (Electronic Portfolio)
and
Proxy Enabled (Electronic Collection)

Proxy Enabled (Service) is now available for Portfolio and Electronic Collection searches but I also need to be able to search on the Public Note field at the Service level.
