Description: Currently, the Incident Log section on the Administrative Information tab of the Vendor Interface Details screen only accepts a certain amount of characters.
We have found that you can copy and paste a great deal of information into the field. However, when you select the Save button, the number of characters entered into the field is reduced to approximately 1900. There is no notification that characters have been cut.
Can the number of characters entered into the Incident Log field be increased?
We would like to have the ability to paste large log files in that field and be able to keep historical data for that interface.
