We would be interested in knowing if, as part of fulfillment in ALMA, there is any way to view the last few patron accounts accessed by staff . It would be a very useful feature when carrying out certain tasks.
By accessed by staff we mean any patron record which has been 'opened' by a member of staff on their login. On our old system we could view the last 5 patrons but even the previous 2 or 3 would be useful. We have extended the time a patron stays on the screen now but if a long query was being dealt with and the screen timed out, it would be useful to have the facility to retrieve it.
