ability to add local portfolio to bib directly
Currently we must go to the alma menu --> add local portfolio and fill out a long form to create a local portfolio.
The ability to search for a title and add a local portfolio would be much more efficient. Kind of like how we would add an item record.

You can add a local portfolio through the Metadata Editor, very similar to how an item record is added. Edit bib, Tools, MARC bibliographic, Add a local portfolio
