Request to add Cancellation Reason and Cancellation Note of POL to the Interested In Letter
When cancel POLs that have interested in users, Interested In Letter about this cancellation will be sent to the interested in user. However, despite Cancellation Reason and Cancellation Note could be input during the cancellation, they are not included in the XML file of the Interested In Letter and thus cannot be added into the letter content via letter template customization. We request adding the Cancellation Reason and Cancellation Note into the Interested In Letter XML file so that these information could be revealed to the interested in user who receives the notification.

Prevent duplicate storage location IDs
When you duplicate a physical item, the copy ID and inventory number and barcode are treated as unique and therefore not duplicated. We would like a configuration setting to treat the storage location ID as unique as well. Staff often duplicate existing items when adding new items since many of the fields are the same, but they sometimes forget to delete the storage ID when duplicating. Our storage management uses unique IDs like a barcode and these duplicates cause problems.

Include the full physical item's History - Item Changes in analytics
Analytics captures a Physical Item's Modified By and Modification Date, however this only tracks the most recent change to an item, and it does not describe the change made.
I'm hoping Analytics can be expanded to include all of the detail that can be found on the item's History - Item Changes report within Alma, including:
*Date
*Operator
*Field Name
*Old Value

Add Course Notes to Analytics
In Fulfillment/Course Reserves/Courses, each Course has a Notes tab. We would like the notes in the Notes tab to be added to the Alma Analytics Course Reserves subject area.

Prevent portfolio loader from wiping out local coverage
Currently, if we use a portfolio loader to update the portfolios in an electronic collection, e.g. to add a standard note in the portfolio internal description field, the loading of the portfolio loader will wipe out the local coverage in the portfolios. The local coverage will be gone but the coverage statement will remain marked "local".
The portfolio loader I use usually contains only the two columns of ISSN (for matching), and the column of INTERNAL_DESCRIPTION (for adding the note). This is done only for SOME of the portfolios in the collection.

Ability to mark selected manual jobs as favorites
Would it be possible to mark manual jobs that are run often as favorites? Currently there are 110 jobs listed under Admin > Manage Jobs and Sets > Run a Job. It would be helpful if I could mark jobs that I run regularly as favorites so that I do not need to search for or scroll down to locate the job I am looking to run.

Create "View Only" Role for Invoices
The current roles that allow personnel to search and view invoices in Alma are high-level roles (Invoice Manager; Invoice Operator; Invoice Operator - Extended; Purchasing Manager; Purchasing Operator). We propose creating a generic "view only" role for invoices that will allow personnel to view invoices in Alma without being able to perform additional invoicing/purchasing tasks.

Add option to Print bib record from MDE
We find it useful to have a printed bib record to reference on paper for various purposes, but Alma lacks the means to "Print" a bib record in the MDE. It would be extremely helpful to add Alma's print functionality as a button in the MDE menu options so that we can print specific records on physical sheets, as PDFs, etc.

Implement the ability to display when the Network Activity tab has content
When you look up a patron in Fulfillment, if there's content under the Loans, Returns, or Requests tab, the top right corner of the tab is turned down. For schools that are part of a consortium/fulfillment network and have a Network Activity tab in addition to Loans, Returns, and Requests, the corner of the Network Activity tab is never turned down, even if the patron has items checked out from another institution in the network. Dara recommendation for parser parameter updates if there is a parser parameter override
If a Alma user enters a parser parameter override for an eportfolio while ExLibris is investigating an update to the current parser parameter, it would be useful to receive a Dara recommendation when ExLibris updates the parser parameter so the user can remove the override because ExLibris will not remove local overrides and the override will still be in affeect.

Change override return date and time default value.
Hi,
Hope that there has a way to change the default time that comes up on "Override return date and time" from 00:00 to 23:59?
Otherwise, it's an extra step for our staff backdating returns.

For our workflow, it’s infinitely more likely that we would need to release more than one request at a time instead of rejecting more than one at a time.

Offer letter/notice digest option for users
Currently, every book checked out and returned (if loan receipt and return receipt letters are enabled in Alma) will trigger an email notice to a patron. The option to set a daily digest of fulfillment activity would cut down on the number of letters received by patrons, which would help ensure that they're not overwhelmed with information and potentially miss a detail in the flood of emails.

Batch Job to add User Notes with option to choose "Note Type" and select "User viewable" and "Pop up note"

Choose which material types can be set to auto-active
We propose that the "Activate new portfolios associated with service automatically?" setting for portfolios in an electronic service be more granular. In electronic collections that contain multiple material types, we would like to be able to select which material types be activated automatically. We've found the bib records for some material types aren't as good as others, and prefer to obtain them from other sources. But for some material types, such as journals, we would like to the CZ records.

Clearer displays for different types of Borrowing Requests
Borrowing Requests could use some greater detail and variability in the information fields that display when viewing them in the overall list of current requests. For example, in Borrowing Requests for book chapters (typically "digital format" requests for items with a "book" type), the "Chapter Title" field is hidden in the "Other details" tab; this field would be more immediately visible and helpful to staff if it displayed alongside other standard fields (ex: MMS ID, External Identifier, Partner, Requested Format, etc.) before clicking into "Other details". Allow sorting by local call number (09X) MARC fields in Physical Titles and Physical Items searches
We use the 090 and 099 for local call numbers, but Alma doesn't include 09X fields in its search indexes by default; as a result, they're not included in call number sorting in Alma or Primo, and we lack the ability to add them even after we enable them as search indexes. Adding these as options to call number sorting would enable fuller searches by staff and users respectively.

Add "Description" to list of available fields in the POL "Ordered Items" section
In the POL's Summary tab, the "Ordered Items" section near the top has entries for each item received on the order. These entries have the following viewable options by default, presumably drawn from the item record's data fields: Library, Location, Call Number, Copy ID, Summary, and Number of Items. Ex Libris notes that "Description" can't currently be added to this list of selections, even though this is also a field associated with the item, and visible alongside them when viewing the item record itself.
