    This is necessary functionality for us, as we are a library with a large off-site storage facility where many new materials will have their permanent locations.

    I suggest that this be implemented and that the letters remain configurable by the pick-up library. Branding aside, we want to be able to control the messaging in the letters and not be reliant on how another library has their letters configured.

    The absence of a cancel button for rejected requests is a significant source of frustration for our ILL team.
