Option to hide specific Global Title Index records from Primo results
Rapido libraries currently have no control over which Global Title Index (GTI) records appear in their Primo search results.
For example, some GTI records closely resemble local records for which the library does have holdings, but are not the same resource. This can confuse users, as when they select the GTI record instead of the local record, they may incorrectly conclude that the library does not provide access to the resource.
In other cases, there are GTI records for resources that the library knows cannot be supplied through Rapido and the request options have been hidden. But the records still appear in Primo search results. It is confusing for users to see the resource but are unable to request it.
In these situations, it would be preferable to hide the GTI record entirely.
Libraries should be able to manage known problem GTI records. Please provide a configuration option that allows institutions to hide specific GTI records from displaying in Primo search results.

Being able to control which Global Title Index (GTI) records appear in Primo search results would make Rapido a much better product.
