Add IZ-level option to hide the "Order It" plugin in the navigation bar
In our Institution Zone, we discovered that the "Order It" plugin is not limited to Amazon websites, despite what the Ex Libris documentation currently states under "Supported Platforms". Ex Libris has since clarified that, although the original development focused on identifying Amazon fields, the feature can in principle work with any website that uses the same field identifiers in its HTML.
At the same time, we learned that there is currently no option to hide the plugin from the navigation bar. In our tests, the feature produced extremely rudimentary bibliographic records, which might be more difficult to manage and could potentially affect data quality.
For this reason, we would strongly welcome the introduction of a configuration option at IZ level that allows institutions to hide this menu option in the navigation bar. This would give each IZ the flexibility to decide whether the feature should be available or not, based on their workflows and cataloguing standards.
A small configuration change like this would help institutions avoid unintended data quality issues.

That's a really helpful suggestion about hiding the "Order It" plugin! Avoiding unintended data issues is key. Speaking of checking code quickly, I sometimes use a Free online HTML viewer tool https://html-viewer.org to preview HTML snippets. It's super handy for seeing how things will look!
