Improve the Alma Link Resolver display logic to include conditions and thresholds (as they are available in SFX)
I would like to see the Alma link resolver have the same configuration options as the SFX link resolver.
The SFX link resolver offers the following conditions:
- sametarget
- threshold
- notimediffwarning
- samethreshold

In addition, I'd like the Alma link resolver to offer thresholds to further configure the threshold condition in a display logic rule.
