Folders in "Manage sets"
We would like the option to make folders in "manage sets". This would make it easier for different depatmants to navigate through the public sets of the institution.

There is an existing solution that can answer your need, the Manage Sets already supports the Labels mechanism, which can act similar to folders as you can facet the list of sets by the labels - you can learn more about it starting from here:

Yes, please! The list of sets continously grows and some structure would help a lot!
