How can we improve Alma?

Self checkout over sip2 to have Alerts/fulfillment notes on checkout , not checkin only.

Patrons need to be alerted to how many pieces SHOULD be in the item when they checkout so they can alert staff if pieces are missing on checkout

    I guess it would be very helpful to display the amount of pieces. It would be even better if all SIP2 fields were supported by ExLibris.

    It would be very helpful if shortened loan periods were displayed.

    Indeed, this would be very useful to have the ability for display messages like alerts on checkout!

    We like to inform our users about books with very short loan periods.

    Cannot Alma support the SIP2's AF field, for instance, which seems to be intended for this kind of messages according to Bibliotheca that spoke with us about this field?
