E-resources - Add Inventory number with automatic counter
To a physical item, is it possible to add an inventory number both manually or - if configured the sequence - with the function "Allocate" to enter the next number.
For the ebook acquired in way "pick and choose", it is necessary the same function, with sequence number, price and date of inventory.

This would be a useful additional feature. We would like to adopt it as soon as it is available.

I share your idea. The function "Inventory number" is necessary also in PortFolio record not only in physical items.

Of course, this function (Assign an inventory number) has to be in PortFolio record.
