Report on 'undo return' in Analytics
We need to be able to report on 'undo return' or 'self check cancel returns' (as this was in Aleph). Ex Libris confirm this is not currently possible as the 'undo return' is registered in Alma in the Loan Audit Trail (accessible via Fulfillment > Manage Patron Services, choose ... > Loan History for any loan / return) in the Action column as "Undo return". However, this Action column is not mapped to Analytics and therefore, there is currently no way to report on these actions.
