Could you please explain this planned development in more details? How will the mediation rule be triggered? Will the system be able to identify that a request was sent by a user from the record of the book but ended up as a request for an audio book?
Is it not possible to improve the GTI? Why are media types or physical descriptions not taken into account?
BTW: Here is an example of an order for a book resulting in an order for an audio book: https://slsp-zhdk.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?query=any,contains,martin%20walker%20chateau%20diogenes%20sechzehnte&tab=41SLSP_ZHK_DN_CI&search_scope=DN_and_CI&vid=41SLSP_ZHK:ZHDK&lang=en&offset=0
