More DEDUP keys
The implementation of the FRBR keys is affected by the DEDUP keys, so it would be desirable to add a new key in the DEDUP keys that includes the label 250.

Here's the comparison between deduplication off (7 versions - the 2nd edition is the one which is missing) and deduplication on (6 versions, claiming that the 2nd edition is the one available in 4 libraries).

you see “2. Auflage, 2010”, but this is just not true: the second edition from 2010 is the one that is missing, as can be seen in the first link.---

Can you please advise on a the use case where using the 250 is specifically needed? I would expect that the system would already know not create a dedup match in cases of editions based on metadata already used such as the identifier, date, pagination etc.
Note that from the November release libraries can now create new keys also using MARC local fields (9xx,5xx etc.) allowing conditions based custom elements and match points. -
