    I didn't dare waive the fines by using my excel file as a filter! There was too much uncertainty over whether the indicated file was being recognised properly. There should definitely be a preview of what will happen before the user confirms the job.

    In the SIP2 answer (64 - patron information) there are special places for «Hold items count » and «Unavailable Hold items count». But ALMA is not mentionning the «Unavalaible Hold items count». Without these parameters it’s impossible to know how many reservation are avaible or not.
