Enhancing searchability through original script support for non-latin data

currently, the CZ-data in other than latin scripts is often transliterated using the ALA transliteration rules. However, these rules are not used in all regions of the world. This issue concerns mainly the title and authors. Ultimately, the different transliterations make the search for this data very difficult.
We suggest that the CZ-data in other than latin scripts should contain the original script as well as the transliteration. If ExLibris could introduce the original script in a linked field 880 as the standard for non-Latin scripts in the CZ, this would be a big advantage for us in the DACH region.
