An error occurred while saving the comment Peta Hopkins commentedI'd like to see this functionality extended to batch submission of resource sharing requests too. So important for researchers/higher degree research students who are submitting many requests.
It would need some thinking through that the type of request that should be created in Alma would depend on whether it is determined to be a hold request or digital copy request or physical resource sharing request. Quite complex.

An error occurred while saving the comment Peta Hopkins commentedThere would be a need to account for user declaring that the request is within copyright limitations. Or someway to include a link in the rejection letter so that the user can then submit a resource sharing request and tick the © check box.
An error occurred while saving the comment Peta Hopkins commentedYes please. This would be really helpful to us. We cannot specify a publication date range for when a purchase request link should be shown instead of a resource sharing request. This would help us streamline the process for customers, if for whatever reason we are unable to purchase.

Hello everyone,
I’d like to share our plans to introduce support for XSL (Extensible Stylesheet Language) normalization rules. This new feature is designed for handling complex normalization tasks. It offers the flexibility of a full programming language, enabling advanced data manipulation. This will complement our existing normalization rules based on DROOLS, maintaining all of its current capabilities.
Would the addition of this new type of normalization rule meet the requirements outlined in this idea?

Hi,
This is to update that this issue is still not planned to be developed in the current road map. We will continue to evaluate it for a future release.
Therefore we are keeping this under "Under review" status.
Best regards,
Yael.
An error occurred while saving the comment Peta Hopkins commentedAnother feature I'd like is to select a portion of the course code to show. Our course codes include semester, year, offering details which our students don't really see anywhere else. Being able to choose a substring of the course code for display would be nifty.

An error occurred while saving the comment Peta Hopkins commented+1 - also more use of "In List" options eg. "Access rights policy name is in" with multi select.

An error occurred while saving the comment Peta Hopkins commentedIt would be good to know what proportion are opting out, and whether we should be consulting with a focus group on why, suggestions that would help them see only the crucial updates they want.
We tend to also send a once a term notification to the "daily digest" about resource lists. Next time I might put a reminder in there of how to opt back in again.

At minimum the list selection options should work consistently with those in CiteIt too.
