Analytics Authorities Locals Deletes
We need an analytics report for deleted authorities in which we can determine the type of vocabulary it belongs to. We made an incident on the Alma support portal "10583316", and they gave us this explanation and suggest us to report a new idea:
"The Analytics behavior for authorities is that the vocabulary code is not displayed for deleted authority records. This is because the MMS ID is taken from the MMS record table, which preserves information on both live and deleted records, while the Vocabulary Code is taken from the authority heading table, which preserves information only on live headings. When an authority record is deleted, its authority heading is also completely removed from Alma. As a result, Analytics does not have information about the deleted authority heading.
Therefore, for deleted authority records, it is expected that the MMS ID, Originating System ID, Lifecycle, and modification date information will appear. However, the heading itself, or any information related to it, will not be found or displayed.
Being able to retain records of deleted authorities in the Local Authorities area could be useful, especially for institutions that actively manage authorities and want to optimize their workflows."
