Prevent sending cancellation letters to Partners when a patron cancels a Resource Sharing request via Primo
Alma sends a cancellation message of a Resource Sharing borrowing request to a partner when a requester cancels this request in Primo. (Notifying a campus library to which a requester is assigned about a request cancellation is fine, but external partners should not be informed.)
There should be an option in Alma to prevent patrons' cancellation requests being sent to external partners, as this is currently not possible:

Add ability to save "Additional PO line reference field" to a PO line template
We can search PO lines by the "Additional PO line reference field" when manually packaging PO lines but there is no way to save this field in a template. We use this field to record the Quote number for a group of books purchased together and then use this in the search to manually package, but we have to enter the information manually in each and every PO line because it will not save to a template.

Borrowing receival - adjusting hold shelf letter
Automatic update of letters sent after receipt of an ILL (Borrowing Requests > Receive), the FulPlaceOnHoldShelfLetter for all kinds of requests, when using (one of) the following two fields:
- Entered request cost
- Reading room onlyIf these fields are filled in/checked, it would be ideal if the letter contains an extra sentence about costs and/or consultation options (no loan, reading room only). Now we have to send a separate mail about this.

Webhook events for withdrawn items should include MMS-ID
I would like to suggest that webhook events for withdrawn items should include the MMS-ID the item was associated with. Why does this matter? We've created a custom solution for locations in Primo VE, and to save on the number of API requests to Alma and speed up the loading, we're caching the results. We're using webhooks to update the cache as needed, based on MMS-ID. However, as withdrawn items does not include information on MMS-ID, we cannot automatically update the cache when items are withdrawn.

Choosing the Electronic Collection an incoming record overlays as part of the multi-match handling functionality
In the Repository Import Profile, in the "Match Profile Tab", in the "Automatic Multi-Match Handling" section: it would be good to be able to specify which Electronic Collection you want the imported records to overlay when there are duplicate records from multiple collections that match the incoming record. In some cases this would save a significant amount of time

Use Checkboxes or Upload to select SUSHI reports to harvest
Currently, to add SUSHI reports to harvest you have to select the report type one by one from a drop down. It would be far more efficient to use checkboxes to pick which reports to gather. Also, there is an option to Download the selected reports list, but no option to use an upload to specify the reports. An upload would be nice because most of the Journal platforms offer the same report types, so a single template file could be uploaded for most vendors.

the opportunity to assign invoices from the create invoice page
currently, you enter (or create) an invoice, save and then have to hunt the new invoice in the "unassigned" invoices for further work on it. we should be able to assign the invoices at the creation stage. if there are 20 Ebsco invoices listed, it's nearly impossible to find the one you need to edit and enter lines on. unless you remember how much YOUR invoice is. the fewer pages it takes to pay an invoice the better!

Having the ability to configure the presence of all available Licensing terms in the Repository Search in Alma
There are a number of License terms that appear in the Advanced Repository search that are not configurable, that is there is no option to stop them appearing as options to search under in a simple or advanced search.
We want to delete some of these terms from Advanced Search. We want to get rid of the terms that we're not using in our current Licensing workflows (they clog up the search). The terms we want to delete from the Advanced Search are not available to configure in the Alma Configuration Menu > Resources > Search Configuration > Search Indexes.

Organizing records in Records tab on left pane of Metadata editor
I'd like some way to organize the records on the Records tab on the left pane of the MDEditor. I use sets whenever possible to organize the records I'm working on but when it's impractical to create a set, I'd like some way to organize the records on that tab - maybe using folders.

Provide User Preferred Name option to Resource Sharing Partners
Currently Alma supports User Preferred Names within Alma. We would like to extend this information to our Resource Sharing partners so that any communication on the partner's end to our patrons refers to our patrons preferred name if so defined just like it is handled in Alma.
It would be preferable that on a partner by partner configuration that we could select what user's names are used in NCIP communication.

Add MARC labels to simple Record View and MDE
Both the simple Record View and the MDE lack MARC labels when viewing or editing bibliographic records; they only display the actual MARC numbers and their field contents. Having labels on the side of the numbers with names corresponding to OCLC standards and/or local labels would make it easier for catalogers to quickly find specific fields.

I saw that the ability to select & delete multiple usage reports has been planned for development. Along with the ability to select & delete multiple usage reports, it would would be great to have the ability to select & download multiple files from the list of usage reports under the Vendor Details > Usage Data tab.

Changing an item to damaged in patron services
If we could change the status of the item to damaged on the patrons account (like you can to lost) then the fee would appear - it would save many steps.

The display of the elements of the Conditions of Use (TOU) in Primo VE offers only one choice: "loanable" or "non-loanable" (or other local labels). This poses a problem for us for the elements which we wish to communicate on site during the day and which must therefore not appear as borrowed to avoid misunderstandings (cf. computer equipment) but which we wish to lend without "override". Add Save&Release event in Analytics
It would very helpful the tracing of the Save&Release event for an MMS record in the Analytics Events subject area.
This event could help in organizing the workflows between cataloguers.
With a scheduled analytics report we could let know to a more experienced cataloguer when his colleagues definitely finish their job on a bibliographic record.At the moment we are monitoring the Physical Items - Bibliographic Details - Modification date field,
