Please add a field (or change the Full Month fields) to have YYYY-MM format
For all Full Month fields can you please change the format of the field so that they show as YYYY-MM (using 4 digits for the year and the 01 through 12 for the month) so that they can be ordered accordingly when used in prompted, etc. OR please add a new field that represents the Full Month field but in the YYYY-MM format. The current Full Month fields are literally useless.

Add Save&Release event in Analytics
It would very helpful the tracing of the Save&Release event for an MMS record in the Analytics Events subject area.
This event could help in organizing the workflows between cataloguers.
With a scheduled analytics report we could let know to a more experienced cataloguer when his colleagues definitely finish their job on a bibliographic record.At the moment we are monitoring the Physical Items - Bibliographic Details - Modification date field,

Add "Date needed by" to Resource Sharing Borrowing Request page display
When first opening the "Resource Sharing Borrowing Requests" page, Alma shows a list of the first 20 requests by default; each request has various pieces of information, including the item's title, format, external identifier, creation date, etc. Each request also has an "Other details" button which reveals additional information like chapter title, volume, call number, etc.
However, neither the main information nor the "other details" fields show the request's "Date Needed By", which is part of the item's request form which the user fills out. The only way to view this information is by clicking "Edit" on the request, which…

Add fields to record historical valuation data
When rare books and other special collections are valued for insurance / exhibition / audit, it would be useful to add this into dedicated fields in the item record for physical inventory or other areas for digital titles. This way, a history of the value of the item can be recorded over time.

More circulating rules and displays
The display of the elements of the Conditions of Use (TOU) in Primo VE offers only one choice: "loanable" or "non-loanable" (or other local labels). This poses a problem for us for the elements which we wish to communicate on site during the day and which must therefore not appear as borrowed to avoid misunderstandings (cf. computer equipment) but which we wish to lend without "override". shortcut for "Write to RFID and save"
Dear Ex Libris
There is already a shortcut for reading RFID tags (Alt+A) when scanning in an item.
It would be very helpful and speed up processes, if there was also a shortcut for "Write to RFID and save" in the physical item editor for quick tagging items.

Changing an item to damaged in patron services
If we could change the status of the item to damaged on the patrons account (like you can to lost) then the fee would appear - it would save many steps.

Expanded XML for Delivery Registration Status letter
In setting up the Delivery Registration Status Letter used by Controlled Digital Lending we've found the item information available in the XML to be incredibly sparse. Currently the only information about the item is the Primo URL and title (only subfield a).
We'd like to see the XML for this letter expanded to include at least the author, edition, and publication information. Ideally, the XML for this letter would have somewhat comparable item information to what can be found for Fulfillment letters sent to patrons about physical items (e.g., On Hold Shelf Letter, Ful Cancel Request Letter, etc.).

Add "Has Related Records" Attribute to Titles Subject Area
When reviewing a repository for bibliographic records with no inventory, the default analysis retrieves many records that are present as parts of bound-withs, or that may have other record relationships. Records have to be reviewed manually or exported and reviewed in other tools to see what relationships might exist.
Since Alma does identify related records in search results, and in preventing records from being deleted, it would be useful to have an attribute in Analytics that identifies when Alma would determine a record to have related records. I saw that the ability to select & delete multiple usage reports has been planned for development. Along with the ability to select & delete multiple usage reports, it would would be great to have the ability to select & download multiple files from the list of usage reports under the Vendor Details > Usage Data tab.

Auto-assigning PO lines to specific users
We think it would be helpful to be able to have PO lines automatically assigned to specific users based on particular features of the PO line (like total cost, fund code, reporting code, material type, etc.). For example, if one staff user always handles the purchasing of physical monographs and another staff user always handles the purchase of electronic monographs, it would streamline the process if the system could automatically assign the PO lines to the correct users based on those conditions (perhaps with a rules list).

Add the Override Return Date and Time option to Individual Returns from Patron Services (rather than just from the Bulk Returns page)
The current (11/2021) Returns tab in Manage Patron Services does not display an option for Override Return Date and Time.
Please add cross-functionality so that the override can be performed from this screen in addition to its current location in the bulk Return Items function.
In this way, a single item can be returned with the corrected date (preventing a letter being issued for overdue fines) without having to specifically route in through the Return Items function, which is listed in documentation as being suited for bulk returns.

Clearer displays for different types of Borrowing Requests
Borrowing Requests could use some greater detail and variability in the information fields that display when viewing them in the overall list of current requests. For example, in Borrowing Requests for book chapters (typically "digital format" requests for items with a "book" type), the "Chapter Title" field is hidden in the "Other details" tab; this field would be more immediately visible and helpful to staff if it displayed alongside other standard fields (ex: MMS ID, External Identifier, Partner, Requested Format, etc.) before clicking into "Other details". Allow sorting by local call number (09X) MARC fields in Physical Titles and Physical Items searches
We use the 090 and 099 for local call numbers, but Alma doesn't include 09X fields in its search indexes by default; as a result, they're not included in call number sorting in Alma or Primo, and we lack the ability to add them even after we enable them as search indexes. Adding these as options to call number sorting would enable fuller searches by staff and users respectively.

Add MARC labels to simple Record View and MDE
Both the simple Record View and the MDE lack MARC labels when viewing or editing bibliographic records; they only display the actual MARC numbers and their field contents. Having labels on the side of the numbers with names corresponding to OCLC standards and/or local labels would make it easier for catalogers to quickly find specific fields.

Indexing 348-Sub-fields "c"
The subfield c in MARC 348 is new and Alma is not indexing it yet:
348-Sub-field "c" is not listed in profile for field 348
Sub-field "d" is not listed in profile for field 348
Example: 348 ǂc staff notation ǂd 1007 ǂ2 rdafmn
This replaced the 546 ǂb Staff notation.
Since this subfield is not indexed yet it is not displaying in Display in Discovery. Are there plans to index these subfields in the near future?
