    Is part of this issue at LexisNexis' end? In that for link resolvers the only landing place is a search box where it is VERY hard to see that the publication name has been prepopulated into the source field for search? It seems to me that LexisNexis needs to respond to linking queries in a more modern way, too.

    we'd like the export to be tinyurl for all exports (RW, Endnote, etc).

    Due to limitations in the metadata associated with some content sources, there are cases where content that is full text is marked as being only an abstract, or where an abstract is marked as full text. Currently the system errs on marking it as full text, which provides some false positives. We could flip the priority which would reduce if not eliminate full-text icons appearing for abstracts, however, this would result in some full text being erroneously marked as abstract only.

    We make a great deal of us of the legacy RefWorks API and the lack of this in ProQuest RefWorks limits our willingness to adopt it,
