Dear community,
Thank you very much for sharing this idea.
I would like to update we are working on an enhancement that will allow to separately define the auto-active and auto-delete settings of an e-service linked to the community zone.
The auto-active setting will control whether or not to automatically activate newly added portfolios, and the auto-delete setting will control what happens to linked portfolios that are deleted from the CZ (delete or unlink and set as not available)
The CZ Updates Task List will continue to report on each of those updates made to the collections.

Thank you for posting this idea. We were surprised to find out that Analytics doesn't include deleted purchase requests, as e.g. deleted items.
