Is it worth choosing an SEO agency that understands your local area?
I’ve been trying to improve my website’s rankings for a while, but I’m starting to think I might need some professional help. While searching, I came across a few SEO agency Stoke-on-Trent options and started wondering whether working with a local team actually makes much difference. Does local knowledge help with SEO, or is it more important to simply find people who know what they’re doing regardless of where they’re based? Trying to narrow down book publishers in canada, feels impossible with so many options
Every time I think I've narrowed down my list of book publishers in Canada, I find three more companies that seem legit and end up right back where I started. Started keeping a rough spreadsheet just to track who I've contacted and what they quoted me, which honestly feels a little excessive but nothing else was working. Simplifying the transfer of MARC records to Summon would be very appreciated.
The current "MFT authentication key-one time password-convert .txt to .ppk-use Puttygen to convert-use WinSCP, etc." process seems unnecessarily complicated to me. How about a file upload option in the Content Ingestion area of the admin console? Thank you.

It would be helpful if Summon provided more flexible search and filtering options for users researching specific topics, products, or projects. For example, users could benefit from clearer search results, better categorization of related ideas, and the ability to quickly find discussions containing specific terms. Improved navigation between related feedback and existing ideas could also make it easier to avoid duplicate submissions and discover relevant information. These improvements would make the platform more useful for users who regularly research and compare information before sharing feedback.

Fix EZproxy rewriting on altmetric links
Citation count links to Web of Science and Scopus are rewritten under an EZproxy session but links to altmetric are not. Database recommendations based on content type facet
Currently the database recommender is powered by tags (and an algorithm based on the result set?). We would like for the content type facet to also power database recommendations. For example, if the music facet is selected, Naxos is recommended. If the standards facet is selected, Standards Australia is recommended. The new database facet assists with this to a degree, but it is not foolproof.

Increase limit on collected search strings in OBI usage statistics
OBI usage statistics keep track of the 200 - 500 search strings per month performed by users. These are available in the Summon Popular Searches report available in OBI.
It would be useful to have access to a more complete list of search strings each month though, in order to perform analysis such as subjects of interest to users or search trends over time.
This enhancement request proposes to increase the amount of search strings recorded. A preferred options would be to allow institutions to set how many search strings would be recorded per month (ie. ranging from none to…

Improvement request for Removed Titles report
If titles are removed to make a zero title database, the information does not appear in the Removed Titles report.

Sorting results with Web of Science Citation Score
It will be nice to sort search results with the citation score of Web of Science.
