  1. Provide an overall percentage of MARC record availability at the database level.

Currently one can examine a few specific journals or books within a collection to determine if CONSER or other MARC records are available for a collection. This can be hit or miss. It would be great to see an overall percentage of MARC record availability at the database level as we do with the percentage of Summon coverage.

  2. Allow filtering of UnPaywall and Open Access Button results on Link Resolver

360 Link should allow filtering of the Unpaywall and Open Access button results so that libraries can choose which versions to display. This would allow us to display only peer-reviewed results. Both services return version information in their API. Our library would like to use this open access button feature, but we need to be able to filter the results.

  3. Allow for the ordering of EJP results

We'd like to be able to decide how results should show up in the Journals search: a specific example (see attached image) would be if you are searching on "nature", then the journals with "nature" in the real title (as opposed to the Alternate Title) would rise to the top. Right now they come back in alphabetical order and we feel this is counterintuitive - more helpful would be how results in most other places come back, with relevancy rankings incorporated.

Please note: We know that you can remove alternate titles in the search results, but we'd like to retain…

  4. UMWELTdigital" (Erich Schmidt Publishers Ltd & Co)

We have acquired the full text database "UMWELTdigital" (Erich Schmidt Publishers Ltd & Co) for our library. The database is not yet indexed in Summon.

As a university library we would like our users to be able to retrieve contents from the UMWELTdigital" (Erich Schmidt Publishers Ltd & Co) while searching in the Summon Index. This would enrich my search results with relevant resources in the field of environment studies and also give me the possibility to get this database recommended. So, we kindly ask you to index this database in Summon.

UMWELTdigital" (Erich Schmidt Publishers Ltd & Co) is…

  5. Intota Consortium Sharing: Status should be inherited on title level as it is on database level

When you cancel a subscription to a single journal in a database in the “parent instance” in Intota and wish to be able to see all data entered (payments etc.) after the cancellation you must choose any other Status than “Not Tracked” for the journal in question. On the other hand, you must choose “Not Tracked” to remove the title from the eJournal Portals belonging to any “child instance” that have inherited the journal through Consortium Sharing. Setting Discovery to “Off” doesn’t solve the problem. This is both illogical and annoying.

  6. Intota Consortium Sharing: “Terms of use” should be shown in EJP on “From Consortium titles”

When you share a database and a license belonging to the database with a “child instance” then “Terms of use” are only shown in the eJournal Potal belong to the “parent instance”. As terms of use is as relevant to the users at the “child institution” as to the users at the “parent institution” this information should be inherited.

  7. Intota: Coverage Date to “Present” in LSH-databases shouldn't be converted to 01/01/1900

When you enter “Present” as “Coverage Date to”in Intota this is converted to the date 01/01/1900 in eJournal Portal. If you leave the “Coverage Date to” field blank, then eJournal Portal shows the end date of the holding as “to Present”. Our wish is that entering “Present” will show up as “to Present” in EJP as well.

  8. Intota - Internal Resource Notes on titles in LSH databases should be saved

You are able to enter a text in the Internal Resource Note field on a title in a Library-Specific Holdings database.
It looks as if the text is saved but when you search for the title again you can see that it has not been saved.

  9. fuzzy keyword search in the E-Journal Portal (AZ List)

Our patrons do not always know the exact name or spelling of a journal or how to use an asterisk.

We think the E-Journal Portal search box should support fuzzy keyword searching.

  10. allow kbart uploading for library specific holdings

For collections not in Intota, if we can get kbart files from the vendor, it would be great to be able to use the kbart file provided as opposed to transfer the information a new format.

  12. Batchediting Option for Administrative and Resource Renewals

We buy JSTOR EBA books, and other ebooks in bulk. Every time we buy new ebooks, we need to add Administrative and Resource Renewals notes mannualy, one by one. These notes are often repetitive, especially for the same batch (like "Payee: JSTOR", "2021 EBA purchase" etc.).
Currently there's only one bach editing option: Cost data.
It would be nice if we could update admin and resource renewal notes by batch editing, so that we don't have to edit them one by one for 100+ times. Thanks!
