Improve Primo Alerts format
Customers should have the abilty to modify and change the format of the alerts sent to the users, both the text and the visibililty of the email.
Thank you for this idea, In the recent release Primo and Primo VE offers improved format out for the box for the Saved Searches Alert email with option to customize it (in Primo using mapping table , in Primo VE using the Alma Letters Configuration )

At EDP we developed a separated system of Alerts that relies on searches made in Primo. We use mailjet to send the emails to Users. It works well, but of course it would be much better if we could rely on a Primo feature.
These are the characteristics that in our view could be added to Primo’s present Alerts feature:
1 – Mail in Html format with URL to the Record imbedded in the title (as in a rss feed)
2 – Possibility of several scheduling, for the Alerts (Total care Users do not have the possibility of choosing)
3 – A better interface for Alerts definition (I believe now it is only possible as the result of a query). -

It looks like this might be covered by the latest Primo Roadmap for H2 2019 p.32

We (USG/GALILEO consortia) would also like this functionality. Especially the ability to edit the bib information emails that originate from the "send to: email" action menu.

Patrons have also requested some control of the citation format (currently title-only)

I have been asked about this by both librarians and our patrons. It would be a great improvement for our researchers.

A patron has mentioned that the records emailed from primo are "too long" and they are hard to view on mobile devices. They wanted us to customize the emails so that only the most relevant information was sent from the record e.g title, author, call number

We two would like the emails to include the name of the saved search in the subject line. We recently switched from EBSCO Discovery Service and very much miss that feauture

I agree that the name of the saved search (i.e. the search terms) would be an important customization. This is a 2-year-old idea -- has there been movement toward a decision?

We'd like the emails to include the name of the saved search in the subject line to help people with multiple alerts.
