Maximum Renewal Period new option 'Renew until fixed date'
When the summer holidays arrive, a special loan is made with a special rule with a fixed due date.
But at that time, we also need the possibility to exist for that special rule, that the renewal is done until a fixed date.

Show call number in brief record
It is possible to configure what is displayed in the brief record however one cannot choose to display the call number.
It requires more cliks to see where the physical material is to be found. It would be great if one could find the information directly from the result page of a search.

Provide sort order information for AVE (portfolio) fields in BIBs API
When there are multiple portfolios from the same e-collection associated with the same bib record, the Alma Link Resolver (and Primo) displays them in the same order that they appear in Alma. When AVE (portfolio) information is retrieved using "expand=e_avail" in the BIBs API’s Retrieve Bib or Retrieve Bibs service, the AVE fields are returned in no particular order. AVE fields returned for a particular bib record should include an element giving the sort order of the portfolio within that e-collection, as it appears in Alma. Relocate "Change temporary location information" in the "Change physical items" job
We run "Change physical items" job every day. At present, the"Change temporary location information" section is in the middle of the task parameters page. We would like to move it to the end of the page because we usually do not change item's temporary location but have to scroll down to reach other parameters in need to change.

Push bib record to MDE and make it as selected or opened by default or configurable
At present, bib record record pushed into MDE are not selected or opened in MDE. We want to make the record that is most recently pushed into MDE as the selected or opened record in MDE for streamline the workflow and improve productivity. If this requirement is not common, please think about making it configurable via a Customer Parameter.

Compare loan due date with partner library's due date to determine renewal
We have the mediated patron renewal workflow activated for Borrowing Requests. Users often request renewal of interlibrary loans via My Library Account that do not need renewing with the partner library because a further loan period fits within the due date that the partner library has set.
Currently, staff check these two dates manually and extend the user's due date in their record if a renewal with the partner library isn't necessary.

API UPDATE Single Tag in the record (PATCH)
Currently if I want to update a Bibliographic record I have to use a "PUT" command, but using this replace all tag in the record. So you have to pay attention if you don't put a tag this will be lost.
So we would like to have the possibility to update only one tag in the bibliographic record for example using another command, in Rest API usually is used a PATCH command that allow to change a single element of the resource. Adding an interested user for paid invoice (or pol)
For the orders to be reimbursed by other department, we cannot initiate the reimbursement request until the order is paid. Often, the invoice team would have to notify the management's assistant. The mechanism of "interested user" is already in place. I wonder interested user "after invoice is paid" can be set up.

Non Auto-active collections deleted in CZ - keep active in IZ
If there is an active collection in the IZ which is linked to the CZ but marked as non auto-active, if that collection is deleted from the CZ it should stay active and local in the IZ.
The current scenario is that the IZ collection becomes inactive.

Add copyright statements to the job Generate Representation from Existing Bib
The August 2021 Alma release introduced the option for Access rights policies and Copyright Statements - Digital to be managed independently (we really like this thank you).

Customize CDI Activations by Resource Types
Under the CDI tab in each electronic collection, we currently see a list of resource types that are included in the CDI database. It would be nice to have the ability to choose which of these resource types you would like activated for CDI. For example, you may want ebook results from JSTOR, but want to exclude book chapters. Another example would include removing book review results. Having such ability would allow us to curate the best selection of results for our user population and preventing the "firehose effect" of primo searches.

The display of the elements of the Conditions of Use (TOU) in Primo VE offers only one choice: "loanable" or "non-loanable" (or other local labels). This poses a problem for us for the elements which we wish to communicate on site during the day and which must therefore not appear as borrowed to avoid misunderstandings (cf. computer equipment) but which we wish to lend without "override". EOD match method improvement: Print book orders via EOD are attached to the electronic bibliography.
Alma is unable to distinguish between electronic and physical bibliographies in NZ when ordering via EOD.
This has caused a problem with print book orders being attached to electronic bibliographies when only NZ has a bibliography.
If the library has an inventory in the IZ, we can work around this issue with the following setting.
Single match - match only record with the same inventory type (electronic/physical)
This function cannot determine whether it is electronic or physical without an inventory.

Allow course terms to be removed with Course Bulk Update job
The Course Bulk Update job can be used to update the term list associated with a course. The current behavior of the job is to add terms selected in the job to the term list in the course. There is no option to remove terms from the term list or replace existing terms in the term list with another term using the job.
Please add an option to remove or replace terms using the Course Bulk Update job.

Add additional status type of "Deferred" for Purchase Requests
There are currently only 3 Statuses for Purchase Requests: "Approved", "In Review" and "Rejected". We would like to have an additional Status of Deferred for Purchase Requests that we cannot or do not want to order at the present time, but may want to order later. Right now if we do not want to order a request immediately they stay in the "In Review" status and it is impossible to tell which requests we have already evaluated so we end up doing extra work. Improve 008 field facet for Pulbication Year
Currently, Alma only acknowledges the first 4 digits after the 6th position as "Publication Year".
The MARC21 standard has a much more in depth system, and Alma facets should account for the following features.1.- Alma currently only recognizes numbers, but in the MARC21 standard the letter 'u' is established as an unknown/wild card.
For instance, 19uu should be recognized as 1900 or 19??. 182u = 182?, 1uuu = 1??? and so on.2.- The 6th position letter defines how many specific years and what those years mean, up to 2 different years.

Under 'Contact', there are a few address fields where values are indexed. Besides the standard fields, it would be helpful to add the Addresses to the filter search to allow retrieval of results.
