    This would also be useful in cases where a patron is NOT requesting a book, such as when they're requesting a DVD or a CD.

    This would be very useful! Sometimes the lending side sends document delivery requests back to me for some issue or another, and I want to go check the stacks for the volume to see if I can correct the request. Right now I have to write the information down somewhere. A slip would be much more useful.

    This would be a great way to indicate that we need a scan from the physical version! We've been getting a decent number of those requests lately, and we've been having to send those requests elsewhere because there's no way to communicate the need through Rapid.
