Request for a Note Option When Submitting Requests
I would like to request the addition of an option to include a note when submitting a request.
When sending a request via New Request, it would be very helpful to have the option to add a note in addition to the bibliographic information.
For example, this feature could be used to indicate that, if available, the supplementary data should be provided along with the main article.Currently, users must either contact the library directly or first receive the document and then use the Resend function, which can be somewhat cumbersome.

Get Notified When a Borrowing Request Is Created
In Alma, staff currently need to manually check the task list to see new borrowing requests. While the RapidILL web version allows email alerts, these are only sent once a request is fulfilled, not when it's created. We’re requesting a simple notification email at the time a borrowing request is submitted. This would help staff respond faster, because sometimes submitted requests have issues that need quick attention. Early notification would allow us to review and resolve problems sooner, improving turnaround and user satisfaction.

Sending article information from a link resolver
We would like to pass article information to RapidILL's "New Request" form through a link resolver service such as 360Link, so that we can easily make new requests.

ISBN
Currently, when you submit a request with an ISBN, Rapid does not also search for the ISBN of the Ebook, or vice-versa. This is not the case with Journal requests, Rapid does search for alternative ISSNs of print journals and ejournals.
