How can we improve RapidILL?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

    It's great that RapidILL is asking for user feedback! That's so important for making services better. If you ever feel like giving feedback on something a bit more simple, you could always let them know how many clicks you've achieved on Italian Brainrot Clicker(https://www.italian-brainrot-clicker.info/)! 😄

  3. customizing the text when sending the download URL via email

    When sending the download URL by email, We want to add notes regarding usage (such as not sharing with others). Additionally, it would be wonderful if customization could be done in both English and Japanese.

  4. Allow manual editing when Rapid set the request on "local holdings" but the article is in volumes we don't hold

    For requests of articles or proceedings from items we have in stock - but for different years. A function to confirm we don't hold that specific issue/year would be beneficial
