customizing the text when sending the download URL via email
When sending the download URL by email, We want to add notes regarding usage (such as not sharing with others). Additionally, it would be wonderful if customization could be done in both English and Japanese.

I've voted for this, not just because we'd like to be able to add on-the-fly notes without editing the whole template, but more especially because we'd like to be able to localise the "from" address so that the recipient recognises that the document comes from our institution rather than from a system they may not have heard of before.

When sending the download URL via email, you can customize the message to include important notes about usage, such as advising recipients not to share the link with others. To achieve this, you can modify the email template or script to include both English and Japanese versions of the note, ensuring clear communication for recipients who speak either language. This approach helps in maintaining proper usage guidelines and accommodates bilingual users effectively https://trafficridermodapk.com.in/.

Thanks for sharing this helpful post! The idea of adding usage notes to download links sounds super useful, especially the bilingual English and Japanese option. Great tip for keeping things clear and secure! 👍 https://randomipgenerator.top/

Yukako, I wonder what configuration you are using? Are you able to provide more details about your system set-up? It's possible there is existing functionality, depending on how you are using RapidILL.
