    This is a great idea. Ideally #1 would be possible as it's less manual work to remove expired accounts then.

    I've just added some votes to this. It would be great to see more improvement in this functionality. We'd like to be able to have broken link alerts sent to email so they can become a ticket in our library support ticketing system.

    This is a great idea. While we have logic in place for our SIS imported users, we don't have anything to help with internal users such as reciprocal borrowers, community patrons, etc. When I have a spare vote I will give this idea one!

    This is a good idea, especially to possibly get around such problems as not being able to assign tasks to more than one staff member, etc.

    I have given this idea votes, as we would like it implemented as well. Our reasons:

    We would find it very helpful if reading list / citation alerts showed for all staff members who work on a list (as a small team, we have multiple staff helping out with lists, also across different campuses). At present our staff find it hard to manage their work because they aren’t seeing alerts for lists they are working on.
