Add a librarian/reviewer field to Reading List in Alma
We would like to have a possibility to add information about librarian/reviewer (a person who is responsible for processing the list) or list coordinator (someone who distributes/assigns lists to reviewers in a particular department) to reading list in Alma. It should be an editable field, available for rollover, and visible in Analytics in Course Reserves Subject Area.
In the future this information can be used to configure the following auto-assign-workflow: when the list owner sends a list to the library, the list changes its status to Ready for processing, Reviewer/Coordinator is activated as an assignee, and a message about auto-assign is generated and sent out.
